« We had a fabulous relaxing break… beautiful room and surroundings, good meals and particularly enjoyed barbeque night and nightly cocktails at the landing bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, lovely pool and beach area. Only negative was that there was only reasonable internet at the main restaurant and reception but no wifi in the room. Would love to return 😊 »

« Our family of 4 (2 teenage sons) stayed in the Deluxe over water ocean front fale. It was a clean and spacious room with a beautiful outlook over the water. The beds were very comfortable. There was an aircon unit and 2 ceiling fans which provided ample cool air in the evenings. We ate at the restaurant and the food and drinks were great value for money. « Nous ne sommes pas restés à Vailua Beach Fale car , nous n'étions pas attendus .le personne présente était surprise de nous voir .Pas de chambre préparée , le sol très sale avec des araignées dans les coins et plafonds , sanitaires sales dont cuvette WC noire , draps des anciens clients sur les lits .Pas d'enthousiasme pour ameliorer la situation . Nous sommes partis alors que nous avions payé les 3 nuits . Nous espérons être remboursés par Expédia avec qui nous avions réservé . »

« The breakfast options were great. Lots of variety and quality were good. Dining and eating at the hotel was always comfortable and without fuss. The staff were terrific. Very helpful, friendly and professional. It was lovely to come back to our rooms, which were serviced at an excellent standard, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean. It was one of my favourite things about staying there, knowing I would have a good night's rest on a comfy bed! »
