'I was very disappointed as I expected more from a 4 star Hotel. The hotel needs renovation, especially in the rooms. It was poorly cleaned, soap was from pump bottles which is simple. There should be a comb, toilet brush, children's razor and better soap in a 4-star hotel. There was no face tissue in the room. It was expensive for the quality. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better offers and quality.'

'Checking in process took very long to wait'

'Everything went well. The internet worked as it should, rooms were clean, there are beverages, including beer, you can buy from the fridge on the first floor. You simply pay the staff working the front desk. Staff and cleaning crew were all friendly. 'The room was clean and Big will a basic facilities provided. Including Microwave, Fridge and Water Boiler. I only requested a Stand Fan but they could not provide. Other than that everything was quite good. '

'바퀴벌레가 돌아다니고 침대매트도 스프링이 엉망이고 묵을 만한곳이 못됩니다. 소득이 많지 알은 태국사람들이 사는 아파트입니다. '

'Its very bad experience to us. Its very cheap hotel... actually its no hotel too, this is some dirty hostel and i guess one lady holds the account for this. dirty room, no internet, no shower. Due to our flight got late we reached there late and found that the given phone is not answering. And you cannot enter the building because of card access. Finally we got some local who unfortunately know that lady and he called on her personal contact. HUGE dis appointment... its a fake hotel and complete...

'Fantastic boutique hotel. I arrived late (after midnight) and was greeted by the most pleasant front desk attendant. She’s wonderful. Rooms are huge and linens were top quality. Breakfast was unexpectedly delicious for this price point. Convenient location close to airport. Will definitely stay again. '
