« It was another warm hotel stay in Whiz Prime Hotel Ahmad Yani Lampung from 18 to 20 February 2019. Very warm welcome came from Mr Alan, Mr Dicky, Ms Febyka and Ms Indri on 18 February. I truly felt great. I had a wonderful breakfast, with Ms Febyka, at 17th floor on 19 February morning. Besides great food, we had a fantastic chit-chat as we are really very good friends. « The view is beautiful as this hotel sits atop a mountain. The windows in the dining area allow you to see across the whole city. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, always greeted me by name and were ready to serve. »

« Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful and go far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. Food is great and the hotel is clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here. « I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...
