« Can't fault my stay here. Close to a lot of shopping, food etc. I couldn't find an alphamart or indomarket nearby but a short ride was fine for that. Next time I'm in town I will be staying here again »

« The pool was okay! Overall this place is terribly run down with aircon leaking, tv not functioning in dome rooms, no safe box, toilet ceiling leaking, bath water stagnant at bathing time! This hotel is totally outdated! What shown in all the website is not even near the ambience It had. I’m totally disappointed for a hotel that claims to be 4star. « Location is very nice view, enjoy with family and children’s »

Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« great food but poor quality of the room Staffs are great and friendly »

« Always a great place »

The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too. Opened the window to help air out the smell. At...
