« All rooms were clean. Kitchen was stocked with essential equipment for a comfortable stay. Portable A/C unit for downstairs and portable fans for bedrooms. Placed fans at windows in bedrooms and they cooled rooms like an A/C unit as the weather is getting cooler. Washer/Dryer units were very useful and convenient. Detergent pods/dryer sheets were provided. Very close to grocery stores and downtown Port Orchard. Host was very quick to communicate whenever we had questions, and accommodating. »

« The house is exactly as advertised. It is well maintained and is well equipped for people who plan to use the kitchen, and has other amenities as well. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. The hosts were very friendly and solicitous of our experience. It is also located near downtown Olympia and retail outlets. We would stay there again! »

« The best! Our family stayed over Labor Day weekend and would ABSOLUTELY return. The lakefront house was a dream. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of beds which is great for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed playing Switch after long days on the water. We were outside almost the whole time. There were yard games, inflatables for the lake, a paddle board and two kayaks. We also brought a paddle board from home. The water was clear and great for swimming. The bottom was sandy...

« Only negative was the loud construction next door, from 7am until 6pm…but we took several day excursions, so wasn’t too difficult to deal with. Jeff was a wonderful and very helpful host! »

« We very much enjoyed our stay at Fair Haven. The house was clean and well appointed. The kids loved having the upstairs room all to themselves and played as much foosball as video games. We also enjoyed the sauna and picking oysters fresh from the beach.The home was dog friendly; if you have a dog who needs a lot of walking there's not much space along the shoulder of the highway, so be prepared to drive to a dog park in nearby Belfair. We all wished that we had more time and better weather so...

« We have stayed at several properties on the hood canal and all agree that this is the one we will return to. The home is vibrantly decorated, accentuating the endless views through the doors and windows, well appointed with everything we needed, and spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and a small dog.
