« We just stayed there for CASV week 11 (7/31-8/6/24) with two other families (5 adults and 3 kids) while our boys enjoyed the week at CASV. The property was very clean, comfortable and only about 8 minutes from CASV so going back and forth was a breeze, especially for a 1:45am game!!! The rooms are good in size, beds are very comfortable and location is great. Highly recommend to any families attending CASV and wanting to be close to the facility without compromising space, comfort or location! »

« This house exceeded our expectations. All Star Village was just minutes away and the Rite Aid across the street and DD and McDonalds nearby were much appreciated by the 10 year old. When Dave said it was fully stocked that was an understatement! It had everything we could need during our stay. « Smitty's Lakehouse was the perfect place for our family to stay while our son played at Cooperstown Dream Park. There was plenty of room for all five of us. Our kids really enjoyed being able to take the canoe and kayaks out on the lake between baseball games. Appliances, cabinets, furniture...everything was updated and convenient. We highly recommend this place! »

« My extended family has been gathering together somewhere each summer for the last 30+ years. This year we chose this property. It was a great venue for us. The big pool was the main draw as always and having the cover was wonderful in the rain. The lodges were clean and welcoming and accommodated our crowd well. There were two issues we encountered but the Leah was easy to reach and had the property manager working on them promptly. Overall excellent property. »
