'The house was a good space for our 2 adults and 3 kids trip. We liked the house a lot and the fire pit area outside and the creek. The only disappointing thing was it did not seem very clean, lots of spider webs, some stains on the sheets that came out when we washed then upon our arrival and the grill was very gross we didn't even bother with it. The house does also sit next to a street that has a lot of work trucks during the day which are a bit loud, but seemed to be less busy by the evening....

'We were very disappointed that the indoor heated pool wasn’t very warm at all. I went to the front desk to let them know that there’s possibly a problem with the heated pool other guest mentioned them trying to fix it, but our stay was based on having an indoor heated pool. Our room was wonderful. Beds were wonderful. Very clean room. wonderful breakfast. It’s hard to please a five and eight-year-old but they were very happy. Staff was amazing. Coffee was delicious.'

'We had a lovely, snowy getaway at the cabin! Everything was as described and Sean’s communications were prompt and informative. Very cozy space and beautiful surroundings to spend some relaxation time at the end of the busy holiday season. '

'Booked online for my US Army active duty son returning to Ft.Drum. Upon arrival he found a note on the door with an after hours number to call. He called at 9:30pm and was told, " I'm already in bed, you must have booked online. Maybe try super 8. We'll refund your card tomorrow." '
