Lovely Property

This is a lovely property with beautiful views from the front porch. We had our coffee on there every morning.The owner was very nice and sent her daughter to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. Make sure you have the key if you go out the backdoor. It locks automatically. Luckily we had a cell phone.

Home was not the same house

I can absolutely tell this family is awesome, but I’m giving an honest review. I paid for the home in this review. Without asking they switched me to another house. If you rent this house, you might not get it. I stayed in a hotel. I would suggest you do the same, or just rent the other house they own with the teal carpet. That’s where they moved me. This kind of stuff is why VRBO and the like are going bankrupt. I did not get what I paid for. It was a bait and switch.

Gorgeous views, privacy, and perfect for family/friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Charming house had everything we needed, including a high chair and pack and play for the baby. It’s on a private winery so it felt very safe and private. The owners were very responsive- the property has been in their family for 4 generations. If we’re ever back in the area we will stay again!

Wonderful rustic place, beautiful vineyard setting.

This house was almost exactly what was posted. It was a beautiful, well kept house, very classic in many ways. The vineyard was beautiful and the hosts were very nice and accommodating.

Great in every way

Came up with my 9yo daughter, 10yo son and wife. We enjoyed everything about this property. We loved the old house and it’s decorated perfectly. AC worked great and was needed in the middle of the day. Fish fish and more fish. My son spent almost every minute while we were at the property fishing and caught and released over 20 large mouth bass. My daughter caught the two biggest of the week at almost 5lbs each. We also drive to Ft Bragg which is a little over an hour away. The wine was great and we will be back as soon as we can.

Loved our stay. Peaceful and beautiful. Older home with limited electrical outlets and slow internet but even that was part of the charm. Modern plumbing and so comfortable. Idyllic and Timeless Farmhouse in a Vineyard

Testa House is a comforting ‘back in time’ experience, authentically decorated and updated. So comfy and a perfect place to spend a few days during a daughter’s wedding and family reunion. Very friendly welcome & atmosphere and delicious wine right next door! Thank you for sharing your family’s lovely home. We specially enjoyed our evenings on the porch sipping your wines and gazing over the vineyards watching the heron fishing on the pond!

Beautiful country farm house and stunning countryside

Everything was great except two crucial things: 1) it was triple digit temperatures, and the A.C. didn't work at certain times, and 2) it was advertised on two websites as having two bathrooms and accommodating up to eight people, but we had eight people with only ONE bathroom and it was a real problem. I would not stay there again in the hot summer or with a big crowd and would not have chosen this place had I known there was only one bath and unreliable AC.
