'This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...

'De staat en netheid van het morel was vreselijk, alles was smerig en vuil. Bedden met vlekken en kapotte bedrand, handdoeken met scheuren en gaten, ramen vol vetvlekken, microgolf met dikke vetlaag enz... te smerig om daar nog geld voor te vragen. Het enige pluspunt is de ligging, net tegen het strand met uitzicht op zee. Jammer want het zou een pareltje kunnen zijn.'

'The room was decent, but the sheets had cigarette burns and holes. The air conditioning was fine on the first day of our arrival, but by the next day, the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. It was a good thing we brought our fan.'

'The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated...

'We loved our room, it felt like a mini apartment. Had a full kitchen, stove, microwave, big fridge. They bad mini dish soap and a brand new sponge available if we needed it. They had kitchen supplies, pots, pans, silverware. We loved how spacious it was. Definitely would be back!'

'Make sure your pool is clean. I went there just for the pool and it was green top at all is the first room. The toilet didn’t rush the second room. There was a cockroaches in there and the third room from the top of the ceiling and all the way down to the ground there’s a water leak leakage on the sheet rock . after the third room when I found out about the leakage on the sheet rock, I didn’t wanna move anymore, but they did take care of me about that. They did comp me drinks and free breakfast....

'There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.'

'There was no hand wash, body wash, shampoo or conditioner. Shower didn't work either. Called the reception, went downstairs and all they said was to wait for a few minutes. It took them 45min to give a shampoo bottle. Horrible experience.'
