« Clean room, friendly staff and bar and restaurant were excellent »

« This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...

« Room and bathroom were clean. Parking is not free and the small lot fills up quickly! Beach access is public and was not clean. Pool area was clean and well maintained. »

« Jolie petite piscine où il a fait bon se rafraîchir le soir à notre arrivée. La réceptionniste était souriante et sympathique. Lit confortable. Bon rapport qualité-prix. »

« The first room we were in had a broken window and a broken mirror. They then moved us to another room, but there was no air conditioning, mold in the showers, and flies everywhere. The elevator was scary; it got stuck for a few seconds and made a loud noise. The staff was helpful. »
