Tybee Dunes' airy layout comprises five bedrooms and three baths and comfortably sleeps 12. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room that sleeps 4. The lower level of the home includes two queen bedrooms with separate covered outdoor entrances for added privacy and seclusion. PLEASE NOTE: The staircase between the two levels is also under the covered outdoor area and not accessible from the interior of the home.
The kitchen and breakfast area opens to the living room and ocean porch and features new modern touches like white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. An additional refrigerator is located in the fully appointed laundry room. There are several screened and covered outdoor sitting and play areas for you and your guests to spread out comfortably and enjoy.
