The view was great. The pool and hot tub was also good. When we walked into condo the hot water heater didn’t work. She sent a lady out three times to reset it. On the third time she showed my son how reset it when it went out again. This happend at least twice a day for the entire stay. The host said that her maintenance man out of the area until next week. The elevator did not work. With me in a wheelchair meant my sons had to carry me up and down three flights of stairs I can only walk for short distances. The host pointed out to me that there was a clause in the contract that absolves them from any issues with any property issues. Then I told her that ere no outlets in the garage. She then got permission for me to run an electric cord to my wheelchair which cost me a 380. The closest outlet was 215ft away. The master bedroom toilet did not work. They sent a service lady out to fix its she couldn’t fix it. She said that it would take three or four minutest to fill and flush, the host agreed with that her but her maintenance man was out the area and again that it would take her over week to find a plumber to fix it. I even told her that I could fix. Instead she sent the same lady out again, remember the one that stated it was okay for it to take it four minutes to fill. When she came out I told her that the guts needed changed out. She left and got the correct parts and I installed them. Guess what it worked. There more so call me. They sent an unrealistic offer to us
