« The lobby & rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly & helpful. Only 2 of 5 of the exercise machines were functional and the coffee maker was out of order at breakfast. The grounds were mowed but there were weeds growing in flower planters instead of flowers. Overall the good outweighed the bad but some small fixes would have made it a really good stay. »

« The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. « I love everything about it. I stay here atleast 2 to 3 times a month and always have a very good experience. Staff is always pleasant except for my last stay from 06/25 - 06/31. There was a lady working the breakfast area was rude and closed the breakfast are early. I have never seen that behavior from Any staff members since I started staying since 2025 as I regularly go to Mayo/St Mary's. I hope she will not be there or change her attitude when I return. « The hotel is incredibly clean but badly in need of updating, especially for the price. My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer »

« I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you »

« Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets »

« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...
