« The room was clean and comfortable The rooms aren’t sound proof but by 10 pm it was very quiet Breakfast was good. Nice variety Easy location to Mayo Clinic Costco is across the parking lot Reasonable price »

« Front of AC unit falling off. Only 2 towels for 2 adults for 2 days. Initially told me no rooms available. »

« Smoking area right by the front door. Many things needed fixing in the room including light fixture, shower. Bed was comfortable but no blanket on bed or spare blanket in room. »

« We liked the proximity to St Mary’s . For what they charge for a nights stay you’d would think parking would be included. The bed was terrible, I had such a back ache , the Doctors at St Mary’s had to give me some pain medication before my procedure even started. Room reminded me of a hotel room I had in Saigon 60 years ago. The interior just seemed cold . With that being said, I don’t think we would Book with them again. »

« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« I booked the hotel five hours before I check in the hotel and finally reach the Holiday Inn by 1 AM in the midnight and the staff is saying that they don’t have any more rooms left. They did not even mail me or contact me saying that the rooms are not available since they can see my booking information there. It was very terrible and ridiculous. Staff was not even caring. There was like we can’t do anything. They were very rude. we don’t have any more rooms left. I don’t even know where to go in...
