« We had a wonderful time. The house is colorful and filled with whimsical art, which we enjoyed. Very convenient to the town of Murphys, only about 2 miles away. We would definitely stay there again. We would have loved to spend time on the back patio. Unfortunately for us, the week we chose was rainy off and on. Access was easy compared to other experiences we have had. Owner very amicable. »

« My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine....

« Property was really nice. Fun and well appointed. Appreciated the extras in the kitchen. Plenty of supplies while we were there. We really could have used some air conditioning with the 100 degree weather, but utilized the pool and lake to cool off. »

« This was an awesome basecamp for exploring Yosemite. It feels private and wooded but is close to restaurants and shops in Groveland. We didn't get a chance to swim in the nearby lake, but it looks like it would have been great on a warmer weekend. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and cozying up by the fireplace on a rainy evening. Having laundry was a huge plus after long hiking days. »

« We had a great stay at this lovely home in Groveland. The house was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable visit. Nicholas promptly responded to all our communication. We had plenty of space for a group of 5 traveling together (it could sleep more if traveling as couples). Of note, you'll hear footsteps of the people walking on the floors above you, which is fairly standard of houses of this construction. It was not an issue, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring...
