'This hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful wood with a very elegant feel. Staff is the best -- kind, helpful, knowledgable. I'd stay here again for sure. Cons were the food was just eh. Atmosphere and staff a 10 but food itself a 5. The biggest negative was the bed -- I'm pretty sure it was rolled up towels lol. The one side sank down and you were basically level with the mattress top (just the one side). I guess I could've asked for another room but we were only there one night. Excellent...

'I loved how the lobby wasn’t just some boring tables and maybe a potted plant, but this lobby was incredibly planted with all kinds of greens and water fountain! It was relaxing, tranquil, and the air around the lobby/lounge areas was always cool and kept circulating from the fountains! Absolutely beautiful!! And the food was incredible too!! Plus they had my favorite brand of coffee which was excellent for me!! '

'The air conditioner was VERY loud and went on and off all night long which was very disruptive to trying to sleep. The restaurant was amazing we had brunch and dinner there. We called for another robe and got a blanket instead and also surprised you had so much plastic in the room. The coffee was also never replenished so we had to have decaf which we were not so happy about on the last day. All little things, overall it was a great stay and the artwork and exhibit was amazing!!!! '

'We were in Lexington for a music festival. We needed early check-in to put our bags, food and medication somewhere besides a hot vehicle. I called ahead and asked for early check-in and the staff was so helpful! We were able to check in early and quickly!
