'Excellent hotel with a spacious room and nice outdoor pool. All staff members are very friendly.
There is a nice breakfast buffet (although no cooking on the spot), but quite expensive.
A 30 minute walk through the park gets you to the underground to get to the city centre. Otherwise you can take a cab. '
'We really enjoyed our stay at the Convento. We had a very good night sleep, it was nice and quiet, with fresh air. Plenty of breakfast. The library is amazing, so many books to choose from. We will definitely return. Marta was very helpful and friendly. There is free parking 1 min away from the entrance. '

'Absolutely luxurious hotel in a very quiet neighbourhood, which is excellent if, like me, you're quite a light sleeper. The premium room I booked actually looked more like a small suite, so you are definitely getting your money's worth. The staff were, needless to say, all very professional and friendly.'
'Hotel hasn’t seen investment for too long. There are new lifts and scaffolding to do the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work to get things up to date. The environment around the hotel feels somewhat unsafe. It’s a bit of a mess, just like most of Viterbo.
But the towels were good, employees were friendly and the breakfast was okay. And it was cheap.'

'The space was very clean and comfortable. The room was unexpectedly cleaned every day to our surprise. The location is conveniently right off of the main route with access to all shopping, restaurants, and churches. Riccardo was the best. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He tried his best to communicate some in English to us since my Italian is not good. He did a wonderful job.
