'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge.
There is a restaurant on the premisses, and a big supermarket, post office and some...

'Tne environment was extremely quiet, except for a few barking dogs, who were silent at night. The drawback of this tranquility is of course that there is nothing in the neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket (KG Foods) is more than 15 minures walking and so is the nearest (indian) restaurant
Communication with the place was somewhat difficult; I expected a self-check-in, which I hate, but fortunately there was a friendly lady to see me. Closing and opening of the door was with a code, what I...

'We fell in love with our 1 week stay at The Tides Grace Bay. Brenda, Joe, Justin and the staff were exceptional. 'Most gorgeous beach I’ve ever been on. Lovely hotel and facilities. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I think it fell short with simple amenities that are important to me. There was no water provided in the room and it cost $7 per bottle at the restaurant. The coffee in the room was de-caf only and we went to the desk to ask for some regular and they sent us to the restaurant for that also which cost $6 per cup. We would have liked to brew coffee in our room as a fully equipped room should...

'Our stay at Windsong at the Reef was wonderful! The resort is well-maintained and the staff is very responsive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to use snorkel equipment, kayaks, and bicycles. Our meals on site were well made with fresh ingredients, and we particularly liked being about to eat the continental breakfast or apply credit to our choice of a la carte options. I don't eat meat and wish that I could have substituted avocado for the bacon or sausage on a dish without...
