'This is my 5th time staying in Grace Bay so my review is a comparison against other places we have stayed at :
PROS:
- The beach and ocean are just beautiful , sand is so soft
- Beach proximity is so close to the building
- Everyone gets a front row seat to sea view on the beach
- Did not have to "fight for chairs" ( we were there end of June/beginning July)
- Very convenient shuttle to take you to grocery store ($10 a person)
- Beach view room was magical
- Butler was very helpful in...

'Beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I was looking for! The secluded location and uncrowded beach were perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise and ending my evenings with the ocean breeze.
The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and complimentary bottled water and Perrier.

'We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. 'Location is perfect for access beach location. Eating options was good. 3 restaurants on site to choose from. The staff was excellent. Turndown/room service twice/day. Fabulous to have. Experience no issues. Contacted them for minor thing with door, but tech was at the room less than 60 seconds. This place was on it. Will definitely return!'

'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.

'Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!'
