'Just housekeeping osdue , on the day of exit we simply extended the checkout time from 11 AM to 12 o’clock noon but housekeeper knocked the door three times between 11 AM to 12 PM'

'Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. '

'There are no words sufficient enough to describe how incredible our stay was here, mostly because of the manager Clayton. He was so warm and welcoming and was always available to us if/when we needed something. Our rooms were gorgeous with everything you could possibly need. The beach was lovely and we were grateful for Joshua who helped us with our chairs. This is also centrally located. A 5-10 min walk to town or just hop on one of the hotels free bikes and go. 'Our villa was very spacious and quiet. The wraparound deck had lots of seating and a great view. Everything we had at the restaurant on the property was delicious and it was a short walk to beautiful Sapodilla beach.'
