'Bedbugs all over my face and arms! Host would not help with new accommodations either!! Just stuck there if I chose to stay, which I did not. Male host at the front desk wanted to come to my room to help with excursions ( I am female). Very inappropriate! Who does that? DONT GO THERE'

Own private pool split two bedroom two bath floor plan Amazing quality sheets pillows Open floor plan high ceilings and privacy even though ocean view was not available we extremely Impressed Right next to two most beautiful beaches and some best local restaurants Staff so so nice and accommodating'

'We stayed on the ground floor with direct beach access from the back. It was spacious for a young family of 5. The ocean view was amazing, it was a great view to wake up to and to watch the sunset. The facilities e.g. washer, dryer, kitchen, and toiletries were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. '

She corresponded with us prior to our arrival via email and was super helpful before and during our stay. -Housekeeping was excellent. -The beach and things like beach, chairs, towels, were always available and plentiful -Our condo was spectacular - great design layout and décor. -Can’t say enough good things about the screened in porch with the stunning view of the ocean. -Every detail at the Tuscany was on point from check-in all the way through to checkout and everything...

'A new property in the heart of Grace Bay! Luxury stay! Loved everything about it. 2 min drive to Grace bay and 2 min drive to all the shops. The property was gorgeous. Will definitely be back! '
