'Many things about the property were not as promised. For example, the ice machine and washing machine did not work at all.
Communication with the host was opaque. They sent all Expedia messages as attachments. The checkout instructions were inaccurate.
I brought all issues to attention of the host but they never resolved any of them.'

'We absolutely loved this place, the owners and its location. The only reason I would say "don't book it" is because I want to make sure we get to stay there again!It's right by all the important things - it's quiet at night - the hot tub is great. 5/5 across the board in my book!!'
