'The property is located in a great area close to all things you could want from shopping and dining to outdoor activities. Just steps from the pool and outdoor BBQ, it is a perfect location for 1-4 guests to enjoy the comfortable accommodations including a great little patio. The Owners were/are amazingly accommodating and stayed connected (as needed) throughout my stay. Definitely will be returning on a regular basis!!'

'Ditto many of the positive comments in other reviews plus folowing are some critiques & suggestions... PROS: Very responsive customer service (via phone and text.) Helped us with various questions, including our request for early checkin and with wifi login. Appreciated complimentary bottles of water chilling in the fridge (although would prefer alternatives to plastic bottles.) Nice firm beds, good linens, plenty of towels for bath and pool. 'This was everything and more. Welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Rich, our host was gracious from early in on our booking. Location phenomenal. 'The location was good and the condo had everything we needed. The parking was an issue which we had to resolve ourselves, though the Vacasa contact was reachable and friendly, it was out of her hands. The rug in the living room smelled horrible and the heating and cooling was a little tricky - it was hot upstairs and cold on the main floor a lot. The light in the laundry area was not sufficient. But overall it offered more than it lacked.'

'Wonderful stay at Thomas and Kathi's condo in Oro Valley. Everything was perfect. It’s comfortable, clean, quiet, with friendly neighbours, a lovely pool and hot tub. We BBQed burgers one night at the community barbeque and enjoyed the fire pit. The condo has everything you need for cooking and eating in (including salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder which came in handy for the burgers), lots of pots and pans and dishes. 'The property was very well equipped, extremely clean, comfortable, very modern and in a great neighborhood of Tucson. Its within a short walk to upscale shops, restaurants etc. one minor note is that it is hard to find the entrance to the property from the msin street. The dign is small and unlit. But definitely a great rental experience overall! absolutely perfect!'
