'Room was spacious and quiet and was spotless. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the Star Ferry and main shopping street, so is very well located for a trip. Would definitely recommend'

'Nice view. Not a 5 star hotel service. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping or fresh towels. Apparantly there is also a busseevice but no one informed us. Rooftoppool is nice. We couldn't use it the 1st day because of a typhoon warning. Communiation about this was very poorly also. '
