'The hotel is well built, very quiet considering proximity to the busy road. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Nice area in Ballantyne and the gym was easily accessible. Shower head with good water pressure (a sticking point with me) and bathroom spacious. I would like to have a hot tub, otherwise, nothing missing for me.'

'What “stood” out once I checked in and went to the room. The smell in the room was horrible once I went inside. It smelled like “smelly, stinky” feet, but my husband said the smell was more of “poop” in his opinion. I went back to the front desk to notify them, because there was no way I could stay and sleep in a room with that type of smell. She addressed my concerns, apologized and switched me to a different room. Then the front desk lady, Kim called the room to check if everything was fine...
