Starter Supplies Provided: To help you settle in, we offer a starter pack of essentials, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of toilet paper and bar soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Guests replenish these items and any personal supplies beyond the starter pack.

Rental Agreement & Guest Registration: The primary guest must review and electronically sign a short-form rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. State & county regulations require an accurate list of all occupants, including names and ages, for the duration of the stay.

Security Deposit Policy: A credit‑card hold will be placed two days before check‑in and released within ten days after check‑out if no damages or missing items are reported. After booking, you’ll receive an information request; we’ll send a secure link for the card swipe before arrival.

Trip Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances.

Allergy‑Friendly Environment: Pets and other animals are not permitted anywhere on the property to protect guests with severe allergies.
