Guests will have access to the entire 3-story home, private deck, patio, gas grill, backup generator, and on-site parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered carport spaces and 2 driveway spaces).

Our location above Donner Lake provides quick access to water activities, including swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and fishing off public piers. Nearby Donner Memorial State Park features scenic lakeside hiking trails and picnic grounds.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the Lake Tahoe and Truckee region. The home features parking for 4 vehicles across a covered 2-car carport and driveway. Donner Pass Road offers a direct route to West End Beach, public boat launches, and downtown Truckee[cite: 1, 10]. TART bus stops are accessible nearby for regional public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have central A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
