This condo is part of Indian Hills, a complex within Northstar California Resort that borders beautiful open space to the west. Call the free shuttle bus to hitch a one-mile ride to the Village at Northstar, where you'll find the base of the Highlands and Big Springs Express Gondolas and the pools, hot tubs, saunas, gym, and game room at the NPOA Recreation Center (please note that a small fee applies).

Come home from a thrilling day on Northstar's 100 ski trails, and make yourself at home in the warm, inviting living space. Fix yourself a mug of hot chocolate in the full kitchen (with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher), curl up on the sofa next to the gas fireplace, and choose something fun to watch on the Smart TV with cable service and a Blu-ray player.

Monitor the mountain conditions on the free WiFi, and spend winter days skiing, snowboarding, and relaxing in the hot tubs and saunas at the rec center. During the summertime, you can tee off at the onsite golf course, swim a few laps in the pool, practice your serve at this tennis center, or play pool and Ping-Pong with your kids at the Youth Center. Access to the recreation center amenities costs an additional $10 per-day fee for each guest five years or older.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
