'Let's start with the greeting. Don't want to mention that the airlines lost my luggage but it is what it is. Chris and Face helped me to obtain clothes and toiletries due to the fact i had nothing. They made me feel safe and comfortable. The rating chart is too low if i could i wold give them 10 stars. 'It was dirty, everthing you touched was sticking and lits if mold. Bathroom was from the dark ages and mold. Paid too much for this and was ver concerning because of the mold and healthissues.'
