« Just ok. Place inside and out needs some love which is fine but it wasnt clean. Hair and dust all over, moldy coffee maker, stains on sheets and lacking some basics like pillows cases for all pillows and top and bottom sheets. Bummer because the place could be cool but wouldn’t stay again. »

We stayed there two different times after my mom had a stroke, with my brother coming from back east and me from southern Cal to be there and help. « The property was conveniently located at the north end of the Avenue of the Giants, so we were able to make our way from Mendocino up to this point for a night before returning back on the scenic route toward the coast and back down to Sonoma.Very conveniently located to restaurants, casino and micro brewery.We truly enjoyed our stay. »

« This rental ended up being even cuter than the photos! Note that it is a duplex. We didn't have any neighbors during our stay. « Overall we were slightly disappointed (is there a better word?). I realize we didn't pay for a 500 place, so we shouldn't expect that. The floors were a kind of dirty, but everything else seemed clean. The age of the place shows.
