'Everything good and the personal, only the bathroom the tile looks like will fall so becareful; besides that good thanks'

'Niks bijzonders'

'Aging property with excellent staff. The property was once grand, but is showing cracks, literally, as our room had cracks in the wall. The staff couldn’t have been better. From the rooftop bar staff to the staff at breakfast and the excellent front desk. This was a very good stay and a welcome rest from the grind of our trip to Mindanao. Despite the shortcomings of the aging, I would stay here again due to the excellent staff.'

'Clean room, shops nearby staff are very friendly and very helpful..'

'OK, I’ll give it a seven. I didn’t like you had a walk to go to the pool area.plus it needed a upgrade limited cable channels'

'Clean, friendly and helpful staff and a European restaurant next door and other restaurants in the same area with good food. And a mall on walking distance. '

'Accommodation was at the right location! Superb rooms and great staff as service!! Very kind people and when you have a request, they will try to make it happen. Most of the time they do! I will come back here for sure!'

'The rooms are clean and are comfortable. It is more like a 3 star environment but well maintained. The Staff and the Owner very kind, cheerful, very accommodating and give excellent service. They did accommodate by providing a wifi booster to the room even with that the Wifi was very patchy and not really able to do business on one's laptop. Our stay was comfortable. It is a safe environment as it is in a...

'Only problem was they have no elevator. Thank goodness I was on the third floor which was the top floor'

'Clogged toilet'

'Toilet didnt work, hotwater didnt work TV was broken '

'I always stay in this hotel - it is conveniently near the airport on the main highway and is a good base to prepare for longer trips into Mindanao. While it could do with some modernisation, it is otherwise clean and tidy, with very friendly and efficient staff. There is offroad parking if you hire a vehicle, and a shopping centre across the road and many small businesses in the area.'

'great people, Thanks for the help Ben see you in 4-6 wks'
