'My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. 'The house was very nice and very clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is very remote and it is quite a drive to get to anywhere that has a store, but there is a Dollar General that isn’t that far away. We would highly recommend staying at this place. '

'We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding!
