'Great location near restaurants, stores, and a mall. The hotel is clean and quiet. We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. The hotel needs more laundry machines and faster WiFi, but these aren’t dealbreakers. Overall, it’s a clean hotel with friendly staff and everything we needed.'

'The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky.'

'Room was big and clean. Property just ok. Elevator seemed on its last leg. Checkout person was nice but checking in person was not friendly. I was told my extra deposit was in case I destroyed the room. That’s not the way to put it. Door towards bathroom was smashed in a bit so I took a picture of it and showed the checkout person and she apologized and thanked me for letting her know. I wasn’t accused of “destroying the room” That’s customer service.'

However this was an indication of what to expect! We stayed there almost 12 days and our room was never fully serviced, although they said that on our 3 night the room would be fully cleaned.
