'Very comfortable accommodations. Only issue was the hot tub was not as clean as I would have liked. Enjoyed it though. '

'The house was amazing and friendly. Very responsive you didn't have to wait long to get a response from them. Once arriving to the cabin it was dark porch lights came on through the motion lights. Open the cabin door it smelt great with very clean. We slept great. Woke up the next morning with a beautiful view of the river having a cup of coffee watching the squirrels play in the trees. This place is amazing It's cozy it's comfortable it's quiet.'

'The pictures are accurate but don’t do the property justice. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed our morning visits from a flock of turkeys walking the grounds. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Great location and host. '

'We really enjoyed this one room with loft cabin. The layout of the open concept was perfect for our family of 4. The king bed wasn’t the most comfortable but also not the worst bed to sleep on for 3 nights. The beds in the loft were very comfortable! The directions given on how to get to the cabin were helpful! The community pool was clean and just a short walk to the cabin or you can drive to it as there is parking designated for the pool. The enclosed hot tub was nice. It doesn’t get crazy hot...

'Peaceful Heights cabin was just what we were looking for. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Townsend is the a great location - close to the Great Smoky Mountains but far enough away from the busy tourist side of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It gave us the quiet mountain experience we wanted while still being convenient for exploring the area. '

The coffee maker was broke, but I made a call the property manager, and they had a new one to us quickly.
