« When I arrived I was upgraded to a king suite for free. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean. The food at breakfast and kickback was delicious. Would highly recommend »

« We rented a three bedroom room and it was perfect for our family of 5. Great customer service, rooms are well equipped with a kitchen and washer and dryer. My only complaint is that the hot water runs out quickly! Even with taking quick showers, two of our 5 people would have to take a cold shower! Just be aware. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors walking above you. However, I would definitely book again. »

« The staff were very good. Although I told front desk about the doors banging. Our room was closest to the exit door going outside and it slammed shut so loudly every time. Was also next to pool rm & gym again the slamming doors kept us up most of the night. When I told clerk at Front desk she just offered me a coffee and said hopefully I could sleep in car ride. »

« The only thing I like about the hotel was the location, still a drive from downtown but a lots of stores/restaurants nearby. The hotel room is good but bathroom is so small. I felt like I was in a box. Our stay is OK, first room given to us the AC doesn’t work, the manager came and try to fix it which is odd because the maintenance would be the person to fix it. They moved us to a different room one floor down the lights in the room does not work. Again, manager came twice to try to replace the...

« The property was clean and comfortable. The property could use some updating though as our bathroom and tub/shower had rust and the metal shower rack was worn and rusty. The toilet in one of the bathrooms in our suite ran constantly despite us trying to fix it. There was no carpeting but the floors were clean and looked like LVP. The rooms were spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. »
