'This was my favorite hotel we have stayed at in the KC area. Big rooms, great location, friendly staff and clean. We were disappointed at breakfast when we were there 30 minutes before closing time and they were already out of waffle batter, yogurt, cups for juice and no fresh fruit. But the rest of the experience was fantastic. '

'Perfect stay for family of 4. 2 bedrooms with full baths attached were a plus for busy soccer filled weekend! Microwave, stove and fridge were all utilized. Great stay, very roomy and clean. Morning coffee bar was so fun! Will stay again!'

'The elevator buttons were broken the entire stay had to phone to get staff to send elevator up any time you wanted to come down from floor. If someone used it which they did then it never came as you stood waiting with your luggage. The shower didn’t fully plug so it was very light. 'First I want to say thank you to the front desk associate Clara for being so kind and helpful to me and my mom while we stayed there yesterday. She went out of her way to accommodate us and recommended some fun places to go. Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool. '

'The gym was quite small as well as the pool. Additionally, somehow my door stop was engaged even though there was no one in my room. The front desk person kindly helped me gain access, but also seemed unsurprised, like this happens often? Well this wasn’t disclosed when booking not upon arrival. Got up early in the morning to go down for breakfast only to be disappointed.'
