« Dear Mr Royal Hampton… Staff was wonderful accommodating us, pool wasn’t too clean there was stuff floating in it but otherwise the temp was good, maybe wasn’t cleaned from the night before, there was lots of people in it that day. Breakfast was convenient and good »

« The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :( »

« Second time I stayed here in three weeks, both times shower water barely got to luke warm. Both times I stayed ice machine on second floor was out of order. No towels in pool area from 6 am to noonl Will never stay at this location again!!! »

« absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City. »

« We really like staying at this property. The staff is always accommodating and we like the amenities. However, the amount of preteen and teenage children allowed to wonder the property unsupervised is getting ridiculous. The last two visits were not as enjoyable. The staff tries hard to control them but the parents and coaches need to do better. The kids were running around, kicking doors, playing tag in the hall and being disrespectful to the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff had to come...
