'First I want to say thank you to the front desk associate Clara for being so kind and helpful to me and my mom while we stayed there yesterday. She went out of her way to accommodate us and recommended some fun places to go. Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool. '

'WHEN WE CHECKED IN WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY WOULD POST THAT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE WHEN IT HAPPENS. THE LADY WHO CHECKED US IN APOLOGIZED AND SAID SHE MOVED US DOWN A FLOOR TO GET US CLOSER TO THE BOTTOM SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE MANY STAIRS TO CLIMB. THEY HAD SIGNS ALL OVER THE HOTEL, BUT AGAIN, NO NOTICE ON LINE OR VIA MESSAGES.'

'This was probably the biggest room with the biggest bathroom I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were HUGE! Plus the hors d’oeuvres, three free drinks, and hot breakfast were a really nice perk. The food was really good, especially the breakfast. I was really impressed. '

'Clean room but small space and very dated. If you don’t need stove and a full size refrigerator, which occupy too much space in the room, look elsewhere. Low ceiling makes the room look pretty cramped. Not worth my $200. Below average breakfast. Only good thing there was front desk staff and special shout out to Miriam. Thank you for being so nice. '

'I booked and paid through expedia. My husband arrived before i did. When I arrived i was suprised to see that we were in the wrong room. They had given us room 147. It was a room with a queen bed, no skirt around the bed, the one chair in the room was dirty, the padding had big stains on it. I immediately went down to the front desk to show them my receipt. I had booked and paid for a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. After much conversation they said they dont have that room for me and that...
