'My family and I enjoyed this house and it was great to be able to appreciate the old architectural charm of the building. The outdoor space was perfect for us and was a big plus. The house isn’t right in the city center but we were able to walk or ride bikes into town very conveniently. The only real negative was the checkin and checkout process as the place where we had to pick up and drop off the key was not close by especially if you were in a rush or didn’t have a car. 'We had an excellent stay at Ballan-Miré. The house is really nice and well furnished, including towels and tea towels, BBQ, outside seating etc. The beds were done on arrival which is really appreciated. The house was clean and a good size, with two large bathrooms. The garden is big and really nice and sunny. WiFi is working well. There is a large supermarket 5 min drive away. No shops at walking distance. The hosts are welcoming, helpful and discreet. Overall a very positive experience! '

Private parking (you’ll need it if staying in the old part of town!) and everything just as advertised. Géraldine was beyond accommodating in meeting us for check in and out. We even got champagne for Christmas and an advent calendar for the kids. 'Nous avons passes un très bon séjour à Montlouis, grâce à Hugues. Quelques jours avant notre mariage, nous avons pu bien nous reposer, notamment grâce à la très bonne literie du logement! Toute la maison est vraiment bien pensée. Le logement est refait à neuf, très propre, avec tout le necessaire dans la cuisine pour se faire de bons petits plats. 'Nous avions peur d'être à l'étroit à 4 dans cette location mais la petite terrasse rajoute de l'espace et beaucoup de charme à l'ensemble, comme il faisait doux nous avons pu en profiter. Le logement est très bien conçu et optimisé, la déco est jolie et les équipements très fonctionnels. C'est un endroit très bien pour passer quelques jours ou une semaine en Touraine, la situation géographique est très bonne près des parcs et c'est très calme. 'We recently visited the Loire Valley with our family of four adults. This loft was well equipped and modern. Washer/dryer and drying rack appreciated. There was some construction on the street in front of the building, but we were able to access the unit from the back lane. If you have mobility issues, the stairs would be a challenge but they were not a concern for us. Quick response from owner with any questions. Overall an excellent place and we would stay here again.'

'eerste indruk was negatief, zwervers in de straat, geen parkeerplaats zoals ze wel beloven bij de reservering. Auto wel eenvoudig betaald kunnen parkeren naast de zwervers die 's nachts ergens anders een slaapplaats hebben. receptie gaat pas om 17:00 uur open, dat past niet bij deze tijd! Zwembad en fitness zijn afgesloten als de receptie niet bemand is. Dit is waardeloos omdat de receptie zeer beperkte openingstijden heeft. Dus eerste indruk is slecht, achteraf toch een redelijke accomodatie....
