'The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation. The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell.

'The cottage happily accomodated 6 adults and 4 children and was very comfortable. We identified a few problems which Tina quickly sorted which, surprisingly, appear not to have been reported by the previous occupants. We were so lucky with the weather but we noticed that sadly there were no comfortable outdoor chairs.'

'The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav.
The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door.
The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained.
The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...
