The house is distributed over three floors, with the ground floor being the place where you will find the cozy living-dining room with satellite TV (Spanish, English, German, and French) and direct access to the private terrace-garden with furniture, sunbeds, and barbecue. On this floor, you will also find the independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, (small) refrigerator, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, washing machine, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, minipimer, and toaster. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on this floor.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, both with air conditioning and a balcony. The bathroom with shower and washbasin is also located on this floor, and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets. On the third floor, there is another room with a double bed and air conditioning, with a balcony offering views of the communal area with lawn and pool.

The accommodation is located in Mas Pinell , a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. From here, you will have the opportunity to explore picturesque nearby towns such as Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. Additionally, you can find a supermarket within 6 km and a wide selection of restaurants with delicious local cuisine within 3 km.
