The Space:

The Bungalow at Sunny Shores



The Bungalow at Sunny Shores offers easy one-level living and is perfect for additional guests or smaller group getaways. Enjoy a fun-filled game room with shuffleboard, foosball, and darts, along with a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and a screened porch that leads directly to the pool. You can’t beat these beautiful river views!



Step outside and enjoy everything this waterfront property has to offer. Relax by the private pool (opens May 1st — pool photos coming soon!), walk down to the dock for kayaking and fishing, or explore the beach area that appears at low tide. Guests also have access to kayaks, fishing poles, and a boat slip if you plan to bring your own boat or rent one locally.



Whether you're spending the day on the water, relaxing poolside, or taking in sunset views, The Bungalow at Sunny Shores is the perfect place to unwind and make lasting memories!



Looking for more space? Book Sunny Shores Retreat, which includes both the Main House and The Bungalow, accommodating up to 17 guests.



The Bungalow at Sunny Shores may also be reserved on its own for smaller groups, sleeping up to 5 guests. When booking the bungalow only, the Main House will remain vacant and will not be rented to other guests during your stay—allowing you to enjoy the property and amenities all to yourselves!

We kindly request no parties. The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. Thank you for your cooperation.

The home is perfect for all seasons, from outdoor adventures to relaxing waterfront days. Golf at Piankatank River Golf Course just 10 minutes away, enjoy fresh oysters and waterfront views at Merroir Tasting Room only 7 minutes away, or sip wine at The Dog & Oyster Micro Vineyard. The area is also ideal for sport fishing and crabbing, with fishing charters available to the Chesapeake Bay.



Explore charming river towns for shopping, dining, and local festivals. Urbanna, Deltaville, and Irvington are all about 15 minutes away, White Stone is just 12 minutes, and Kilmarnock is only 20 minutes. You truly cannot beat this location with five towns within 20 minutes.
