'Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host...

'I WISH VRBO HAD BETTER ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AS I'VE TRIED TO CHANGE MY EMAIL SEVERAL TIMES TO MATCH MY ACCOUNT. IN ADDITION, I WISH THE HOSTS COULD RATE THE GUESTS SO FUTURE HOSTS CAN SEE HOW GOOD THE GUESTS ARE AS WELL.'

'The location of this rental is great and communication with the host was awesome. We had a couple issues on the front end of our trip that he was very responsive and helpful with. There were lots of really thoughtful extras that we didn't anticipate but definitely appreciated. There was lots of space for our group of 10. The downside was that the listing wasn't clear that 4 of the twin beds are pop up frames with thin mattresses. They worked for the kids but it would have been more problematic...
