'Good location to explore the city. Room and hard bed are small. The breakfast is very simple, bread, marmelade, soup, tea, coffee. For a boiled egg you have to pay 100 yen extra. The bathroom and aircondition should be more cleaned because of mold and dust.'

'The hotel is clean and simple which is fine for the price. Check-in is online and you have to do it yourself, so basically there is no personal contact if not necessary. When I arrived there was someone at the front desk but they are not there often. So when a problem happened there was no one there to contact. The first night I stayed a big part of the electricity went out (no reading lights, no wifi, no AC, no warm water, no light in toilets or showen). This went on till 11am the next morning....

'For people who’s planing to book the place is a nice, budget-friendly capsule hotel in a very convenient area. It’s a comfortable place to rest after a long day in Tokyo. Since it’s a budget spot, cleaning can sometimes take a little while when it’s busy, but the staff are kind and helpful and will sort things out if you ask. Overall, it’s a good value for the price. As long as you come with realistic expectations and don’t expect luxury, you’ll likely enjoy your stay here.'

'My first time doing a self check would had been easier if the staff would have seem like they genuinely want to help and not as an obligation. There was some other staff in the laundry room that did help with a problem with one of the washing machine he had dyed blonde hair thank you staff! '

'We booked a private room and didn't realize this is primarily a capsule hotel. The private room wasn't very separate from the capsule area and the walls were thin so we could hear pretty much every sound on the floor. Unfortunately some guests were moving around and packing through the night, so I didn't sleep from about 1:30 onwards. However, the cleanliness, amenities, staff, and location were great. The shower facilities and wooden bath were especially amazing.'
