« Lovely personal touches by the Host on arrival, a lovely cream tea, also some fresh Milk for a much needed Brew. Everywhere was spotless, in the well fitted out cottage with everything you could need, complete with dishwasher. The perfect location for exploring Cornwall, with Wadebridge & Padstow, and the coast only a short drive away, also with easy access to the A30 for heading further down Cornwall. »

« Fantastic house in an excellent location, great views, excellent pub nearby and lots of fun to be had on the beach. We had a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. »

« back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. »

« A beautiful barn conversion in a gorgeous countryside setting. Very homely and cosy. I can’t fault it! Lovely owners, very friendly and welcoming. The garden area was lovely and you could see the farm animals. The secure field opposite the barn was brilliant and perfect for the pooches. The coastal walk on the doorstep of the barn was great and had amazing views. The sunset there was surreal. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be visiting again! »

« The place was cheap, but I would say bad value for money for a number of reasons, outlined belowBad - black mould on bedroom curtains- Black mould in the bathroom- Loose wooden planks in the bathroom- Lots of Cobwebs in every room and in the cupboards, even immediately after checking in- Cabinet in bathroom was loose- Not enough toilet roll- No salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers- No bar or shop on site, despite this being advertised- No member of staff seen on site- Very poor...

« Absolutely gorgeous property - spacious and well looked after. Beds super comfortable and lots of living space, also steps from the local pub which is a definite plus. We loved our time here. »

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie petite maison. La vue depuis la véranda et le jardin est magnifique et l’environnement très calme. Les propriétaires sont juste à côté et très discrets. La maison est bien équipée et très confortable. A pied on peut accéder à des balades magnifiques , et la mer n’est pas loin en voiture. Aucune hésitation : nous recommandons à 100% d’y aller ! »

« The property was very clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well appointed, and comes with lovely, fluffy soft white towels. We received a welcome kit with tea, coffee, and biscuits, and found scones, jam, and clotted cream in the refrigerator. The Stanley House met our needs and was as described (the only discrepancy we found was that there was no clothes dryer--I even read the manual for the washer online to see if it was a combo washer/dryer). But that is a minor...

« We were 2 couples staying for a long weekend. 2 went to Rick Steins seafood school for a day course, and 2 decided to take a 4 hour walk around the beautiful headlands. The flat is perfect for this type of relaxing reunion, well equipped and nicely decorated. Super location. And free parking but only for relatively small cars. »

« Little Byways is a Perfection Plus Holiday Home. Jane introduced herself personally on our arrival and welcomed us with scones, jam and cream. The home is so comfortable with attention to detail everywhere you look. The washer/dryer was a bonus and the gorgeous garden was a nice area to relax at the end of a busy day sightseeing. The cows in the paddock visited every afternoon. This is easily the best home we have stayed in on our travels and the location was perfect. We travelled from Australia...

« This property is amazing. Not only is it furnished beautifully. It's comfortable, well equipped and very spacious. The host Michael had sent me a very informative email before our stay and then sent a check-in email during our stay. The park itself is quiet and the lodges aren't on top of each other. The location is so ideal to get anywhere in Cornwall. We will define book lodge 22. »
