« We spent a lovely week in Frogapits, despite it raining every day! The cottage is fantastic, centrally located to local pubs and restaurants, and within easy travel to many local attractions. Beautiful garden and really enjoyed the wood log burner for cozy evenings in. »

« The property was lovely, very clean and tidy. Only a couple of moans, there was no welcome pack to say what time the pub was open etc, no paperwork for the tv and we weren't told there is wifi, when bookings it said no wifi! Some of the plastic utensils were so bendy they couldn't really do their job properly ie potato masher and serving spoons!! Apart from that everything was great. »

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie petite maison. La vue depuis la véranda et le jardin est magnifique et l’environnement très calme. Les propriétaires sont juste à côté et très discrets. La maison est bien équipée et très confortable. A pied on peut accéder à des balades magnifiques , et la mer n’est pas loin en voiture. Aucune hésitation : nous recommandons à 100% d’y aller ! »

« Birdsong was exactly as described and had everything you needed for your stay. The bedrooms were so quirky and different, loved them. Sadly the weather wasn't on our side so we didnt get to sit in the beautiful garden. The cream tea was an added treat, thank you Jane. Would absolutely love to visit again in the future. »

« Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

So peaceful, close to shops, towns especially Padstow where you will find Rick Steins restaurants and fish and chips shop. Close to some amazing attractions and beaches too. « Lovely little cottage, well equipped . Friendly hosts. Really appreciated the welcome pack with Milk , teabags, biscuits etc , thank you 😍 Parking space is a bit tricky to access via a narrow drive , but not enough to stop us wanting to go back . Jack and Jill bathroom accessed from both bedrooms but one of the doors didn't lock properly so if travelling as friends need to know when the other is in the bathroom 😂 Overall really loved it here and would definitely go again »

« Beautiful property of high standard and in easy reach of many scenic places. We loved the cottage which had everything to hand as if at home. Towels and bedding supplied and the only single thing missing was a tumble dryer although a washing machine was provided. Line drying was an option but the weather too wet and a clothes horse was too but a dryer preferred. A freezer was something not offered encountered but was provided in this cottage but we had no need of it. We enjoyed our stay very...

« Stayed in wheel lodge for a short 4 night stay in the Summer school holidays. Accommodation just right as a base for x 2 people and our dog. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. A fly swat would be useful though - especially for a quiet undisturbed sleep at night. All linen, bathroom and utensils absolutely spotless though. Owners were...
