'We had birthdays for two people in our friend group and this place was truly so fit for the celebration! The space is well decorated, well cleaned, and well lit. We had a lot of fun touring the space and jumping between rooms and floors. The walk to rainbow beach was easy to follow. Host is very clear and consistent with communication. 'Don’t let the “upper floor” on this listing scare you away, it is a full house you have access to which was our concern. There’s a second (basement) unit that is fully separate- although you need to be conscious of noise on the first floor of the house if it’s rented which was fine with us. Good for a local wedding we were attending- tons of space. Perfect for our group of 4 (late 20’s, early 30’s) but would be a good sized property for a family as well. We could have had 2 more adults or 4...
