Super hôtel 5 étoiles à Timişoara
Super hôtel 5 étoiles Du check-in au check-out tout était parfait ! Le personnel très aimable et attentionné, chambre spacieuse, propre et moderne. Dommage pour les aboiements du chien si votre chambre est côté rue sur les pavillons. Salle de bain équipée, salle de fitness top avec des équipements de qualité, espace spa merveilleux et agréable. Restaurant avec une carte bien fournie, plat de qualité Petit déjeuner avec des bons produits : lait végétal, fruits secs, différents types de pain, un presse fruit Côté pratique : Il y a même un ATM à deux pas de l’hôtel ! Suggestion : pensez aux personnes qui séjournent plus d’une semaine peut être proposer un plat du jour au restaurant et varier les plats chauds du petit déjeuner.

Feine Adresse für Verwöhnte
Kleines aber sehr feines 5 Sterne hotel. Lage ist sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber mit Außenpool! Besonders bei der Hitze war das ein tolles asset! Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Vergleichbares gibt es nur bei Radisson Blue in Bukarest. Und das Service war das allerbeste an diesem Hotel. Unglaublich aufmerksam und persönlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die betten komfortabel. Langsam braucht es da und dort kleine Ausbesserungen, was aber noch nicht wirklich stört. Ich habe gut geschlafen und hervorragend geduscht. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Wenn in Timisoara, dann dieses Hotel
Wir waren das zweite Mal in dem Hotel. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise waren wir voll zufrieden. Alle Mitarbeiter, Rezeption, Restaurant, Bar, Frühstücksraum waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Herren an der Rezeption am Tag der Abreise. Es gab eine Unstimmigkeit mit unserer Buchung. Er löste das Ganze sehr kulant. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

Horrible experience. The light in the room kept shutting off. While showering I was left in complete darkness 4 times. The staff said this happened because the control panel was extremely sensitive and if you left a fingerprint on it this would happen, but it still happened even after they cleaned it with alcohol. There was mold in the shower! And water leaked everywhere. After getting out of the shower there was a puddle on the floor that went all the way to the bathroom door. A wedding took place below our room, and the loud music and noise did not stop until 3 am. When we asked for a quieter room and one with functioning lights, the manager said we had to pay extra for an upgrade! We checked out the next day because of the horrible experience, and the manager refused to refund our money for the night we didn’t stay, even though the front desk people told us we would be refunded the money!!! Do not be fooled. This is not a 5 star hotel, it is a two star hotel at best! I wish I could post the photos of the room.

However, please note that free upgrades are subject to availability, and unfortunately, we were unable to offer one during your visit due to high occupancy levels during that period.We would like to assure you that the information provided in your review regarding the service and facilities is not accurate. We take great pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards throughout our property. Our team of dedicated professionals goes above and beyond to ensure our guests have a memorable experience during their stay. We have thoroughly investigated your claims and found them to be inconsistent with our records and the experiences of other guests who stayed during the same period.We understand that you may have been disappointed by not receiving the upgrade you desired, but we believe it is important to maintain honesty and transparency in our communications. We would like to emphasize that our staff could not provide such an argument in regards of the lights kept shutting down because of the your fingerprints the reason being is that our hotel rooms does not have any king of touch sensitive sensor in the bathrooms, also in regards of changing your room for free it was not possible as mentioned above.The event was held was in a building that is separated from where you had the room ,we will gladly invite anyone from Expedia to come and verify the the claims.Thank you once again for your feedback. Beautiful hotel with full spa with 5 star service from everyone we interacted with. Everything was top notch and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. We thoroughly enjoyed a massage and the use of the sauna and hot tub for a relaxing way to end our vacation.
