« Andrea was an incredible communicator. Responses were always within minutes. She was accommodating of special requests. The property is exactly as listed. An older house but has been updated nicely. Very clean. Can’t beat the proximity to Duke if that’s on your agenda. Super nice touch that it was decorated for Christmas. Would for sure stay again. »

« Worst rental property I have ever stayed in. There was nothing posh about it. The place was filthy. Sheets had blood and stains, bathroom had mold on the walls and shower curtains, carpet was old, musty and filthy, saw 3 big waterbug cockroaches, walls were filthy, after 1 person showered water got cold, beds were low to the ground and lopsided, water didn’t drain out of shower and master bathroom sink.
