A beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that can host up to 5 people. It's located inside a private community with a security guard at the entrance 24/7.

It has a fully equipped and open kitchen, with a ceiling fan, brand floor tiles and a beautiful dining table where 5 people can chat & wine.

The spacious living room area has fully renovated floors and a big comfy sectional sofa that can double as a cozy bed. You can sit down and watch your favorite shows on the 40" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, YouTube and Roku Channel installed. It has air conditioning for your comfort.

Each bedroom has fully renovated floors, spacious closets to hang and store all your clothes and travel items. There's also big windows with plenty of natural light available throughout the day. But if you want privacy, you can roll down the blackout curtains and wind down.

The bathroom has a newly renovated toilet and shower area and is fully equipped with all the essentials to have long & relaxing hot showers.

We can hosts up to 5 people. We offer 1 parking spot for free. A second parking spot can be provided for an extra fee of $600 pesos. (Ask for availability!).

The apartment is located on a second floor (ground floor, first floor, second floor) without elevator, so taking a flight of stairs is needed.

We are animal lovers so we allow pets to join you in your stay with us for an extra fee of $800 pesos per stay. If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please let us know before your check in, so we can accommodate and give you the best experience possible!
