'Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. '

'It is located in a nice part of town which we appreciated. While one of the selling points for us was that it was a lower pet rate and they really are pet friendly- our room was ajar when we arrived (11pm) which was a bit unsettling. 'The king size bed is not a true king, it’s small and hard as a board to sleep on. Housekeeping did not leave all the toiletries in the room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths. And did not leave us Kleenex, soap, or lotion, I also had to ask for the body wash in the shower to be refilled, as it was empty when we got there. 'Our stay was perfect! There were soccer tournaments going on in the area but all went well. Loved how the bathrooms are set up with all the counter space! We will be back!'
