« Dog hair was all over the rooms and had an odor to the room on arrival!! Was able to open the window to ventilate the room which really helped. However, there was a gap in the screen, and a child could definitely be able to push through the screen on the fourth floor. Contacted hotel and they would not give any money back. »

« It took over 5 minutes for staff to show up at the front desk to check us in. The pool had chunks of hair and other items just floating around in the water. The bathroom door inside the pool area was completely falling apart. The breakfast area had food all over the counters, but the breakfast attendant was extremely kind. »

The bar staff were very friendly and Jeremiah was the best as he visited with us for quite a while 👍👍 I highly recommend this Embassy Suites and recommend that you use Expedia to book your stay!!!! »
