'The staff was wonderful. The only quirk was I stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, my room key didn't work. It could have been too close to my cellphone. The manager was just outside the office, and noticed me having difficulty. He walked over to my room, asked for my room key, and went and reprogrammed it without me even asking.'

'The hotel staff and cleanliness for the hotel was excellent. Overall star was great. My only complaint would how uncomfortable the bed was, it was extremely hard for a holiday inn bed from my experience. Staying inn another Holiday inn express tonight with the bed comfortable bed that i have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express.'
