« This is a wonderful spot to stay for a larger group at T.I. Park. It’s a short 10 min walk or 2 minute ride in one of the golf carts provided for use to The Guzzle. This gives you a more private home to relax in away from the hustle and bustle of the more congested area of the community. The property is obviously someone’s former full-time home as it is fully stocked for any meal with a dishwasher, electric cooktop and refrigerator with icemaker. « Upon arrival at this house we were greeted with an unkempt lawn and a key pad that would not unlock the house. Once inside we were blasted with a stale, moldy, old-smoke smell. Upon further inspection, we found hair in the shower and on the back of the toilet. One of the toilets was most definitely not cleaned as it had poop on the sides of the bowl.
